Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily assisted living support, including feeding and diapering
- Assist with changing and mobility needs
- Offer one-on-one support tailored to the high-needs students requirements
- Collaborate with educational staff to implement individualized support plans
- Ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment for the student
Qualifications
- Valid Paraprofessional license required
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license accepted if accompanied by an active parapro license
- ELS PARA Endorsement accepted and preferred for this role
- Prior experience working with high-needs students is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support the student and collaborate with the educational team
